Phenomenal food and wonderful staff! The al pastor is the best I've ever had, and the burrito and quesadillas are HUGE and well worth the price. Definitely recommend!

Everything about El Atakon was amazing!! The staff was great, the food was DELICIOUS, and the dining area was clean and nice. They also let you try whatever before getting it so you know you like it! Overall my new favorite restaurant!!
My wife and I have been to lots of Mexican restaurants and honestly this is by far the best food we've ever had!!! Very authentic taste and atmosphere! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone i know! If you haven't tried them you have too! It's a absolute must!! The staff is very friendly and helpful with understanding what everything is and contains!!!
Great authentic Mexican food! 3 of us had tacos with a variety of fillings which were all great. 1 of our group had a burrito - it was HUGE - 2 foot diameter tortilla, well over a foot long when filled! Tortillas, both flour & corn, are handmade fresh when you order. Super friendly staff - they let you try a taste of the fillings if you're not sure what you want, which was especially helpful for our kids. Informal style - you order your item & filling at the counter kind of like at a Chipotle, but then sit down & wait while they hand make your tortillas. They bring out chicharrones with toppings while you wait. When your food is ready they call you back to the counter to tell them what toppings to put on it. All in all a great local place that's now added to our "must stop" list when we're traveling through!
Super nice staff and the ingredients are super fresh and delicious. At first, the price for a burrito seems high, but then when you see one, you'll understand. Two people could easily share one because they are monstrous. So happy we found this place!
